WHAT TO EXPECT?

Get to know each other – our Discovery Sessions

Before the coaching process begins, we clarify whether and how I can support you. Since trust plays a major role in coaching, I offer 2 complimentary introductory sessions. In our first Discovery session, we talk about your dreams and challenges, together we will uncover your core values and you will also get clarity on how coaching can support you.

When we both decide we’re a fit, I invite you to the second Discovery session for you to experience Coaching.


Each individual coaching journey is tailor-made and co-created between me and you. Your situation, your challenges, your goals, your (limiting) beliefs and your dreams define the agenda and the approach. It will be a personalized journey for you.

Together we will explore the way you see yourself and your world.

We will discover where you are now and where you want to get to, find the gaps & partner together to move you forward & create the new reality you wish to have.

You will dig deep for true transformation to happen and may not always like what you initially find.

But step by step, you will make commitments with yourself, and make new empowered habits.

So that you will turn your vision into a reality.

You will be amazed at how powerful you are.

Be more confident in your new path and be happier with the second chapter by your own design.

If we determine we’re a good fit for each other after Discovery sessions, we will set up recurring sessions.

For optimal result, the length of engagement is typically about 5-12 months (10 – 24 sessions). I do a minimum engagement of 3 months.

Frequency can be either every two or three weeks, or once monthly.

Our sessions will be held in-person or via video calls.


Completion – all good things come to an end

At the end of our coaching journey, we review the process of how you are becoming as a person throughout the coaching journey. You reflect on what has changed in you as a person that helps you overcoming challenges, shifting mindset, improving relationship, achieving your goals.

Stepping Up Fundamentals (Online Group Workshop & Coaching)

Duration: 14 weeks / 3 months

I blend two decades of global work experience with my personal experience, passion for an training in personal development to create 7 carefully curated modules to guide you through fundamental steps to reconnect with who you truly are & what’s essential in your lives so that you move in the right direction and thrive in your new chapter of life!


PURPOSE: Reframing mindset on Purpose - Most people look for purpose in wrong places. Some continue searching for it and get frustrated for not finding their calling. We don’t find Purpose, we create it. First step is about knowing the essence of who we are, our strengths and values of which will be our unique contribution into our world and those around us. Then identify what in life is truly essential for us, bring meaning to it and living it fully.

POWER: Power of Productivity is simpler than you thought - Productivity is about managing Energy, it is about self-love practice to take care of your needs: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and whatever else that you define as basic needs. We take for granted the energy that fuels our capacity to live and work. Renewing our energy is about nourishing our being, being conscious on what recharges us and what drains us - so that we can gain more focus, more productivity, and ultimately more time back for ourselves.

PAIN: Unresolved pain in the past both conscious and unconscious that run our life preventing us from being who we want to be. Self mastery starts from being aware of ourselves, all the automatic, habitual mind patterns so we know how to overcome self-sabotaging. When we know more about our blind spots, we are able to make better responses and decisions in our lives & everything starts falling in the right places and we will be far happier as a result.

PARTS: Neuroscience confirms that our mind consists of a lot of sub-personalities. Those multiple parts are the Inside Team that drive our thoughts, emotions and ultimately our behaviors. The Inside Team is that collection of voices, beliefs, aspects of our personalities that sometimes work in harmony, and sometimes don’t. These inner conversations are so familiar to us but we often are unconscious on the effect it has on our choices and daily lives. This step makes conscious all our parts. The aim is to create a conscious and more empowering relationship with all parts of ourselves, instead of having one dominating on others. Turning internal conflict into clarity and reclaim our Self Authority. Shifting you from the disempowered victim of life to the Author of life.

PEACE: Cultivating self-compassion is the ultimate tool for Self Mastery. It generates peace and joy, cultivates acceptance and confidence. A powerful way to achieve emotional well-being and contentment in our lives, helping us to bounce back faster from destructive patterns, allowing us to flourish. When we soothe our agitated minds with self-compassion, we’re better able to notice what’s right as well as what’s wrong, so that we orient ourselves toward that which gives us joy, this amplifies our experience of life rather than simply get through it.

PRIORITIES: Our priorities in life play a huge role in attracting our realities. Our priorities define Focus, and our Focus is the signal that attracts the reality. When we become more conscious of our lives, we bring intention into our priorities, we are more able to make a conscious choice towards letting go of patterns that are no longer in harmony with our needs or well-being and become receptive to inspirations that help us create a new reality.

PLANS: From conscious priorities, we are able to do conscious planning and goal setting. Change does not require us to do a complete 180° flip. Changing too many things all at once sets us up to spin circles and go nowhere fast. Lasting change is informed, intentional, and occurs 1° at a time. 1 degree shift is doing 1 thing different than we did yesterday, in a new direction that is more aligned with what we truly desire. It’s about creating the right systems in place, and with the right systems, our goals are practically taking care of themselves.


MY "WHY" TO LAUNCH STEPPING UP FUNDAMENTALS:

We are living in a world where ‘being busy' is seen as a badge of honor,many are caught up in this hamster wheel of life to have all & achieve more.

This was my life. I was on auto pilot & drained by the constant pursuit of goals.

Til one day I had the deep desire to get off my hamster wheel.

It was a revolutionary act to slow down.

To pause, reflect, unlearn and transform.

With the right headspace, I stepped out of the clouds, gained clarity on where I want to head to & acquired strength and confidence to redesign my life and my career.

My longing is for all women to slow down to start getting MORE out of life, to save their energy and time by the pursuit of LESS, taking the first fundamental steps to understand what is truly essential in their lives so that they move their lives in the right direction & thrive.

With this group setting, I also wish to create a safe & supportive community where women feel liberated to be who they truly are and are championed to live their lives by design.
