Hello! I’m Catherine, the Founder of Stepping Up.
I am a Certified Coach specializing in Personal Leadership and Mental Fitness.
After working for global advertising & technology businesses for 17 years, I learned that the source of my passion and joy came from connecting with and empowering the people behind the business.
Now my work as a Coach combines my global corporate experience with transformational coaching and mental fitness approaches to empower people to lead from within and be mentally fit so they get to be their most authentic, compassionate & daring selves, and live life intentionally with purpose & joy.

It is the ability to handle all kinds of life challenges with positive mindset.
Mental fitness is about building mental strength & awareness over time on our automatic and habitual mind patterns, thoughts and responses.
By being mentally fit, we will be more able to sustain our physical & mental health, get more out of life and improve our well-being. It leads to higher productivity, healthier relationship with self & others and we will be far happier.
To create lasting change, it takes consistent practice and incremental, intentional steps. All we need is the willingness to slow down. To pause, look within, unlearn and transform.
With consistent practice, we can successfully navigate through life challenges and approach stressful situations with calm, clear-headed and laser focused action.
