A Mom of two, Recovering Perfectionist, Health Enthusiast Community Builder & Retreat Creator.

After working for global advertising & technology businesses for 17 years, I learned that the source of my passion and joy came from empowering people to step up & create the life of their dreams.

As an ICF Certified Mental Fitness Coach, my work combines my extensive global corporate experience and holistic coaching approach.
