I had LITTLE confidence when I walked away from my

I had LITTLE confidence when I walked away from my career in tech to become a coach.

Society conditions us to stick to one, linear path.
But, when we dare to step off that path,
We often end up feeling isolated.
We fear making the wrong choice, the wrong move.

I get it.
I stood at that crossroads 3 years ago…terrified.

But, I also knew I was DONE playing small.
I was DONE with feeling exhausted.
Yet I couldn’t do it alone…in isolation.
I had to connect with like-minded people.
…the ones who were on the same path of reinvention.

So for the first time, I joined group programs.

I started hearing other people’s dreams.
Their struggles, doubts, hard-won victories.
And suddenly, my own fears felt…less heavy.
I felt interconnectedness that was…electrifying.⚡
I suddenly had a whole new tribe celebrating me.
They helped me make my transition more…
Gracious.

Then last year, I dared to dream big again.

I wanted my clients to experience that same energy.
So, I created a group coaching program.
Many people had clarity on their dream project.
A Pharma expert ready to scale her coaching business.
A UN expert hosting political talks over conceptual dinners.
Product Designer creating a 2-day sustainability education program.

They were all determined to stop playing small.

But there was one thing missing.
(The same thing I was missing 8 years ago.)

Confidence.
Confidence in their decision-making skills.
Confidence in fully owning their big vision.
Confidence in seeing through their dream project.
(rather than just going in circles thinking about it)
Unwavering belief that they’re on the right path.

So, I created a co-working space,
Where they each work on their project but in accountability groups.
When they shift from learning into ACTION mode.
They devote time to their project for 30 days.
They’re strengthening the consistency muscle.
They’re rooting for and inspiring each other.

But most importantly…

They’re learning a big lesson:
Confidence comes with taking ACTION.
And not (over)thinking your way into it.
And when you do it with others, the confidence amplifies.
It spreads.

Stuck in an Overthinking Loop About Your Next Career Move?

👀 "Am I making the right choice?"
🤯 "What if I fail and have to go back?"
😰 "Did I pick the wrong option?"

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

Your brain buzzes with possibilities but struggles to decide. Psychologist Barry Schwartz’s Paradox of Choice explains that too many options lead to:
👉 Overwhelm (your brain can’t process endless choices efficiently)
👉 Analysis paralysis (waiting for a “perfect” answer)
👉 Regret and second-guessing (always wondering "what if?")

Why This Happens:
🔹 Your prefrontal cortex (logic center) gets overloaded when you overanalyze.
🔹 Your amygdala (fear center) kicks in, triggering anxiety and hesitation.

The key to breaking free? Start by making a choice.

A Simple 4-Step Framework to Decide:
✅ 1. Identify Your Options
Reflect on your values, excitement, past lessons, and financial feasibility.

✂️ 2. Narrow Them Down
Research suggests 3 choices are ideal. Group similar options, cross out extras, and simplify.

🎯 3. Choose & Commit
Balance logic with intuition. Prioritize journaling, meditation, or movement to access deeper wisdom. Set a deadline to avoid endless overthinking.

🚀 4. Let Go & Move On
Studies show satisficers (who pick a good-enough option) are happier than maximizers (who chase the "best" choice). Treat your decision as final, and your brain will boost happiness chemicals.

TL;DR: Action > Overthinking
Clarity comes from movement, not endless analysis. Pick an option, test it, and adjust along the way.

These questions can feel heavy, especially when our dreams seem to defy the paths we’ve always known.

I’ve spoken to people who’ve asked themselves:
💭 Can I leave my successful job to launch a community?
💭 Can I dive into politics while my career now is in education?
💭 Can I be an author while working full-time?
💭 Can I shift from advertising sector to sustainability?

The doubts are real. The fears are loud.

But your dream is 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 worth pursuing.

The size of your dream isn’t what matters—it’s the fire it lights within you.
